This role brings together various elements of Quality Assurance for children services - ensuing that Children andFamilies experience of services, auditing and performance are aligned. This role also ensures staff voice is pivotal to assurance work and that all learning is captured and considered as part of the training plan for Children Services staff and the wider partnership.The role has a significant involvement at a senior level with Partner agencies leading on key priorities for the partnership. Effective relationships with Partner agencies are vital for this role to be successful.You will be directly responsible for Independent Reviewing Officers, Independent Child Protection Chairs, Local Authority Designated Officer, Principal Social Worker, SENDIASS, Assurance Team and Practice Development.You will be required to:
