Job Description

We are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic financial firm in their search for aPartners’ PA. This role is pivotal, providing essential secretarial and administrative support, including handling all correspondence, diary management,and additional support on ad hoc projects. This is a superb opportunity for a confident personal assistant with strong diary management and administrative skills to join a dedicated and highly motivated team.Position:Partners’ PAContract:Full-time, 12-month fixed termHours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00Location:Norwich city centreSalary:Competitive, depending on experienceBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package availableKey Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, handling all correspondence.
  • Provide integral secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage and organise diaries, arrange appointments and travel, and prioritise as appropriate.
  • Handle all incoming calls, redirecting, taking messages, and acting as required.
  • Actively manage a busy inbox, ensuring important emails are flagged and handled in a timely manner.
  • Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming mail.
  • Assist in meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Create reports and presentations, and assist with the development of client communications.
  • Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide additional business support on ad hoc projects as needed.
