OverviewMy Client focus on optimising patient recovery by treating and minimizing risk behaviors, enabling patients to develop psychological, emotional, social, and occupational skills and resilience. The interventions help patients understand the impact of their behaviour,manage external triggers, and promote recovery through:
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Mental Health Awareness Group
  • Individual and Group Psychological Therapy
  • Managing Anger Program (MAP)
  • Drug and Alcohol Program
  • Relationship Program (Social Skills)
  • Coping Skills Program
  • Problem Solving Therapy
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and psychiatric expertise to the MDT
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based treatments and interventions
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement and performance evaluation
  • Promote least restrictive practices and patient collaboration
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Full GMC registration with a license to practice
  • CCT in General Adult Psychiatry or equivalent
  • Experience in acute mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and recovery-focused interventions
