URGENT! Part-Time roles working onboard trains:Nottingham train station is expecting to be extremely busy in the summer with lots of holidaymakers heading to and returning from Skegness. There are special Skegness train services laid on and we need your help for customer service roles, workingon the trains themselves between Nottingham and Skegness! These are part-time roles on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays each week (15 hours per week) and are ideal for students who are off over the summer period and those looking for extra cash in the summer months as well as anyone looking for an interesting,face to face customer service role working closely with the public!The role would include a return train trip from Nottingham to Skegness and onboard would be to support with getting luggage in the correct spaces and off of chairs, collecting rubbish whilst walking through the train, touch point cleaning as well asproviding high quality customer service and handing out Summer packs to children on board.Do you have face to face customer service assistant experienceDo you enjoy working with the public and assisting them Would you be happy to help passengers onboard with their queries Are you a friendly individual with a level head whois able to deliver phenomenal customer service at the busiest times of the yearThen we want to hear from you!Starting:Monday 08/07/24 – Saturday 07/09/24 (full training will be provided on an induction day in the last week of June) Pay Rate:£12.07 per hour – paid weekly.Hours:15 hours per week (5 hours per shift), working on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays only each week.
