We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic personwho is committed to providing the highest quality education to secondary school childrenacrossNottingham.Job Details:This Lead Science Teacherrole will be a full-time and temporary role, turning into a permanent position.The payscale will be MPS / UPS + TLR 2B.We require an eager and passionate Qualified Lead Science Teacher that will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humour, the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic Secondary School.To be successful for this Qualified Teacher position, you will:

  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS).
  • Have previous experience working as a Teacher with leadership responsibilities.
  • Have great understanding of the KS3 and KS4curriculum.
  • Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
  • Have a passion for working withyoung people.
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
  • Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:As a minimum, all applicants must have:
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS).
