Job Description

The role of a Finance Admin Assistant is pivotal to the Accounting & Finance department in our not-for-profit organisation.   • Oversee financial administration tasks within the department
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies
  • Support team members in the Accounting & Finance department
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related matters
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial policies and procedures
ProfileA successful Finance Admin Assistant should have:
  • A strong background in finance, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • The capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
