Job Description

Location: East MidlandsHourly Rate: £19.38 rising to £22.44 per hourHours: Saturdays, Mixture of shiftsPertemps Derby are working in partnership with Royal Mail and are currently recruiting for HGV class 1 Drivers, working predominantly Friday and Saturday.The work is trunking which involves collections and deliveries of the UKs mail to depots and mail centres.Various shifts available (8-12 hours)Duties include;

Ensuring accurate and timely collections and deliveries from stores and depots
Conducting thorough vehicle checks
Occasional handballing

To be considered for this HGV Class 1 role you will need:

Valid HGV Class 1 license
1 year HGV driving experience
No more than 5 points DD or DR for insurance purposes
To be flexible with availability
