Established over 20 years ago, the company provides a first-class service at every level due to its client-focused ethos.You will play an integral role in the HR team with particular attention to employee relations advice as well as recruitment and payroll issues.Were seeking a dynamic HR Assistant who possesses at least 18 months of recently gained exposure within the people management function. The successful candidate will likely be qualified to CIPD level 3 as a minimum and have great IT skills, particularly inthe use of MS Office products and bespoke HR software. It would be desirable, but not essential, that the successful candidate is fluent in French, to enable communication with the clients French site.The Role:

  • HR administration to include contract, handbook, and general policy maintenance using company HR systems
  • Assist the HR Manager with the development and administration of HR systems and procedures
  • Assist in all aspects of staff recruitment and training
  • Assist in new starter onboarding and inductions
  • Administration of timesheets, leave and absence data
  • Act as the first line of contact for employee queries
  • Produce and update employee documentation
  • Assist HR team colleagues with the implementation of new employee benefit plans and initiatives

  • HR experience, particularly around employee relations
  • CIPD Level 3
