Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Produce commercial documents with commodity codes applicable to our specific products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Respond to customer requirements promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently handle administrative tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
