Clear Choice Recruitment are currently working on a great opportunity for a motivated, confident sales/customer focused individual with a good eye for design. Full training provided, great working environment.The company is a leading Importer of Natural Stone and Porcelain Products in the UK; they are a family run business that has grown into a very successful and reputable company within the industry. They have 10 showrooms across the UK and are currently recruitingfor a Sales Consultant for their Cardiff showroom.The main purpose of the role is to provide Customer Service and support for clients as they browse the extensive range of products within their showrooms, guiding customers through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on layingthe tiles once delivered.Duties include:

Providing expert advice about our range or products to meet the design brief of the client.
Seeking solutions to customers tile projects, seeking out the best product from our range.
Building client relationships; following through the sale from the initial enquiry, securing the order and organising the delivery.
Work as part of a fast paced and close team offering product and technical advice.
Answering customer calls, confirming orders, dealing with email inquiries, processing payments, arranging samples to be dispatched, chasing sales leads and providing aftercare service

The successful candidate will need to be self motivated, have a good eye for design, well presented, computer literate with a good understanding of basic maths. No previous industry experience is necessary all we ask for is someone who ideally has experienceworking in a customer sales and service environment.Benefits:

Working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Saturday, we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Showroom Sales Consultants will have one weekday off every other week.Required skills
