Job Description

Our client based in Peterborough is looking for an admin to join the team. Immediate start availableThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates to join a warm and welcoming company for ongoing work.The role :Candidates would assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets (Service, Serviceability, Quality and Risk) and systems are updated with work activities. * Covering phone- answering and taking messages* Dealing with email enquiries, data entry, Updating contact management system* Doing reports- creating and managing reportsTo be successful in this role we are looking for the following top skills: * Well organised with excellent administration skills. * Teamworkand willingness to helpothers * Comfortable to spread sheet and working of CRM systems.* Good communication skillsat all levels with both internal & external customers * Ability to work within a team whilst owning your ownworkload * Prioritisation and decision-makingskills * Comfortable working in the trade sector. Experience of having worked in the sector would be good.Work Pattern :40 hours per weekMonday to Friday 8am to 5pm Previous admin/customer service experience is essential.
