Business ManagerYou will be joining a globally recognised brand to provide expertise on complex, financial and managerial issues for your stakeholders and their business units. Ideally your career will have progressed through the finance stream and you will possess a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification, or demonstrate commercially delivered change projects to budget and on time. You will be expert in driving change and facilitating transformation to deliver value add to your stakeholders in terms of efficiency, adopting systems solutions and creating commercial insight to drive decision making.You will be supported by a qualified management accountant and your focus will be on two distinct areas. Managing the capital process, looking for opportunities to streamline and increase efficiencies, and in championing a lean approach within your team. You will lead on all Lean deployment and coach others in adopting a lean approach.You are joining the business at an exciting time - fast forward 18 months and you will have delivered a reboot to the Capital process and be sharing the benefits of a more efficient process with as much of the routine activities outsourced to a Shared Service Function as possible and see a Lean approach fully adopted.You will be fully supported as you integrate into your new team and settle in to your new role - which will be delivered remotely initially with an envisaged partial return to office based working post pandemic.
