Job Description

Are you available immediately or with a short notice period Do you have a minimum of 1 years HR experienceWe are supporting a growing and established global company based Peterborough who are recruiting for a HR Administrator. This is an ongoing temporary position with a potential to being made permanent. The salary is £24,000 - £26,000 and will include hybridworking, 2 days in the office per week. The hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.Duties will include:

  • Oversee a shared inbox, responding to queries and provide employee support
  • Accurately update and maintain administration records and information on the system for employees, plus paper copies and filing correctly
  • Support with project work when required
  • Carry out data cleansing
  • Occasionally minute take in meetings
  • Keeping a library of templates and correspondence updated
To be successful for this position you must have a minimum of 1 years HR experience or a very strong administration support background that will strongly support the duties above. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified with a keen interestin progressing within HR due to this role potentially becoming permanent over time for the right person.
