Job Description

The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Payroll & Expenses Administrator to join a long-standing manufacturing organisation in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis. Your full time hours would see you working Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:45pm & Fridays 8:30am - 3pm from the offices in Peterborough.It is essential that you have experience within a similar role to ensure you can hit the ground running. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and collating overtime sheets for outside engineers and field engineers
  • Processing overtime report of the Time and Attendance system
  • Inputting salary changes
  • Processing starters and leavers on the payroll system
  • Actively co-ordinate with third party payroll provider on a regular basis
  • Reconciliation of payroll payments
  • Administration of company pension scheme including letters to employees in respect of auto enrolment and salary sacrifice
  • Reconciliation of all payroll related payments and account reconciliations
  • Processing payroll year end
  • Processing P11Ds at the end of the tax year / assisting in implementation of payrolling of benefits in kind in line with HMRC guidelines
  • Processing of employee expense
