Job Description

Berry Recruitment are seeking a temporary receptionist to join a busy establishment based in Peterborough from 28th June 2024 to 30th August 2024.This position is for one day a week - Friday only with working hours from 8am to 5pm, with potential over time.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
  • Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, etc.)
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
Compensation:
  • Hourly rate: £12
