Learning Support Assistant - Mainstream Primary

Reed Education is excited to present a vibrant opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join a local primary school on a long-term basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s educational journeys andhelping them achieve their full potential.Day to Day of the role:
  • Work closely with teachers to create and facilitate engaging learning activities and group projects.
  • Provide tailored one-to-one support to students, assisting them in overcoming challenges and celebrating their achievements.
  • Encourage a culture of excellence and positive learning attitudes, ensuring every student feels valued and empowered.
  • Utilize strong literacy skills to support children’s reading and writing development.
  • Apply phonics knowledge to enhance students’ language acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
