Job Description

Our client, a true leader in the Motor Trade in Wales are looking to recruit for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join them on a permanent basis.Based just outside Pontypridd at their Showroom, youll be joining an friendly, dedicated and professional technician team to provide a first class technical service for all vehicles that come through the showroom.What youll be doing:

  • Complete vehicle safety inspections to the highest standard.
  • Confidently work on all makes and models of vehicles, carrying out various tasks efficiently to an excellent standard.
  • Confident diagnosis of faults on many different types of vehicles.
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and Health & Safety standards at all times.
What youll need:
  • Valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Level 2/3 Qualification or equivalent OR 3 years experience in a workshop environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently, with high numbers of vehicles coming into our workshop.
  • Diagnostic experience would be great, though not essential as full training will be given.
  • Genuine opportunity to progress and develop professionally.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary will be between £26,500 - £36,500 depending on experience level.
