Handpicked Recruitment is a leading Finance recruitment Firm and are looking to hire a permanent Call Centre and Research Executive to work within their team.In this role the successful applicant will be speaking to potential clients and candidates in the financial markets in the UK and some of our clients Globally.This position is for someone ambitious and looking to build a new career with excellent opportunity for growthKey responsibilities: ·· Great Research skills and client communication· Sell to customers our services and increase order value, introducing new promotions, services and product groups.· Develop sales opportunities through careful analysis of data and account statistics.· Manage all leads via our CRM to ensure all clients are kept updated and achieve maximum conversion rates. ·· Archive Key Performance Indicators as set by management.· Ability to learn quickly how Financial HR and Resourcing works and be a keen and fast learnerKey requirements: ·· Previous telesales/sales experience ·· Able to work accurately to timescales ·Excellent written skills and a great communicator· Good telephone manner ·· Sales focused with drive to deliver against targetsSalary £22,000 - £24,000 Basic - Plus CommissionOTE £30K - £35KRequired skills
