This is an excellent opportunity to advance yourcareer within a supportive and dynamic environment.About the Role:As a Estimator with expertise in flat roofing, you will manage all commercial aspects of our roofing projects. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
Manage the financial performance of projects from inception to completion.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and manage valuations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective cost management.
Prepare and present reports on project financials.
Negotiate contracts and sub-contracts.
Manage and resolve any disputes related to project costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About You:

Proven experience as a Estimator in the flat roofing sector.
Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in the use of industry-specific software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Estimator or a related field.
Professional membership of RICS or equivalent (desirable).
