Start Date: 4th January 2020 Pay: Kent Range 6 Are you a driven, passionate and committedindividual who can contribute to the continued success of our school We arelooking for an experienced individual who can provide exceptional administrationsupport to join our team as Personal Assistant to our Headteacher and Deputies.The post is for 37 hours per week working over 5 days, 41 weeks of the year.The successful candidate will provide confidentialassistance to the Headteacher and Deputies including undertaking afull range of secretarial and administrative duties and ensuring the efficientand effective running of the Headteachers office and daily business.They will have a strong administrative background, with excellent IT andcommunication skills and be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Experienceof working within a school environment is desirable. Unfortunately, we are not able to arrangeon-site visits at the moment, but if you wish to discuss this post please ringour Headteacher on. We provide for 200+ pupils aged 2-19 in fivedepartments, Nursery, Infants, Juniors (KS2) Secondary (KS3/4) and 6th Form. Inaddition, we have two fully staffed mainstream inclusion classes withinGarlinge Primary School and Hartsdown Academy.
