Job Description

DRAYTON is a long established, promotional merchandise company with a virtually limitless range of products.We have a small dynamic team supplying marketing support to our clients, in the form of branded material.Anything from digital e-brochures and webstores to printed material such as brochures and pull up banners, through to merchandise.Merchandise can be literally anything from a peanut to a marquee branded with our clients details. which are used for rewards; gifts for clients, staff and suppliers as well as prospects; give-aways at exhibitions and events.We have a vacancy for an office based individual to take charge of numerous administrative tasks including:

  • Dealing with web orders for event merchandise. This requires updating our webstore, picking and packing of goods and despatching via various couriers for UK and overseas destinations.
  • Youll be working alongside the sales team, liaising with clients and suppliers
  • There is a requirement to learn our software systems and update these with order details, deliveries, invoices as well as checking in of goods delivered to us.
Clients rely on us to deliver all their event material to various locations in the UK and Europe. This can include exhibition stands and displays as well as merchandise. Other clients use us to deliver gifts to their clients and staff worldwide. Most requestsare time sensitive and its essential we meet their deadlines.We are seeking an intelligent, fast learner to become a dedicated and loyal member of the team. The key factor though is care. Caring about your performance, caring about client satisfaction - meeting the clients demands as well as caring about the restof the team.The job is suitable for experienced office staff as well as novices. Training will be supplied as and where necessary. An enthusiastic attitude and creative mind will help you to develop the role further in the future. A bubbly personality and pleasant manneris required when dealing with people over the phone or face to face.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with 30 mins lunch
  • Holidays: 20 days per annum + additional days starting after 3 years of service
  • Probation period of three months
