Job Description

Hours:Monday - Fridayfixed shift2pm-10pm10pm-6amOvertime availablePay:Salary of £12.10 per hourshift allowance of £2.85 between the hours of 10pm-6amWorking as a Bendi Forklift driver in Redditch- You will work accurately under pressure, operate your forklift safely and securely in line with our Three Moral Promises, and possess a desire to learn & develop. The role is physical and hands-on.
  • Check goods in and ensure all goods are transported and/or unloaded in a safe and timely manner;
  • To assist the Operatives in accurately picking customer orders, completing stock rotations and replenishing stock;
  • To perform any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff;
Skills
  • Forklift truck license and experience Bendi/Flexi(in house or accredited license)
  • At least one-year FLT experience
  • Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communications skills;
  • Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation, and flexibility;
  • Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
  • Possess strong numeracy skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices.
