Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools Schools in Redditch, Studley and Bromsgrove require confident Cover Supervisors for flexible daily supply and long term roles.

Do you have previous experience in a Cover Supervising role or a background of working with children Would you like to develop this by working in a variety of local schools

Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
Building positive relationship with pupils across different year groups
Assist with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
Excellent communication skills
Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Resilient, reliable and versatile
Hold either a degree or previous experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring etc)
Possess an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be happy to apply for a new one (we can help with this)
