The role comes with a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 p/a and excellent benefits.The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, optimising inventory management processes, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.If you were already in this Inventory Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

Monitoring and tracking inventory levels of finished goods, chemicals, packaging and shipping materials
Analysing inventory data to identify trends, optimise stock levels, and improve inventory management processes
Managing and leading a team of inventory staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Taking responsibility for cyclical PI checks in all locations, the stock control process and annual stock counts
Managing the daily input of production into Sage and investigation of variances
