Do you have Maintenance Engineer experience, and are you seeking a new job in Redditch Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an Maintenance Engineer, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.In your first few weeks in this Maintenance Engineer role, you can expect to:

  • Review production equipment performance and suggest productivity/process improvements
  • Be involved with automation projects throughout the facility, linking existing machinery and plant
  • Diagnostic, repair and maintenance of plant machinery, equipment and facilities on site
  • Carry out Electrical Maintenance - both planned, preventative work and unscheduled, urgent electrical maintenance work
  • Support and manage the electrical aspect of several installations at any time
  • Rapid response to breakdowns on production equipment to minimise equipment failure downtime
