This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accountancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients, while also contributing to the strategic growth and developmentof the firm.As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with partnersand senior management, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.   • Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
