Commercial Asbestos SurveyorUp to £39,550 + Full Benefits PackageRichmond, East LondonThe client you will be working for is a UKAS accredited Asbestos Specialist within the industry, most of their work will be based within London and some in Essex.Get to know the CompanyThey have a new team of seniority within the business, the new Operations Manager is ambitious and highly motivated to grow the business. Currently working with 15 team members and they are keen to take on at least five more. They have brought with thema number of big Commercial contracts so there wont be a dull moment. From speaking to the market, I can assure you they are market leaders with the salary brackets they are offering.To be considered for this role, the Commercial Asbestos Surveyor will have the following:

BOHS P402 qualification for Asbestos Surveying and Sampling (or RSPH equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years of commercial (and ideally industrial) level Asbestos Surveying exposure
Confident user of Microsoft Office packages
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A full UK driving license with the flexibility to commute across sites
Flexible approach to out of hours/weekend work

This Asbestos Surveyor role will see you conduct a range of disciplined surveys (Management and R&D) across a range of properties including commercial, retail, and industrial level properties across the East London and surrounding boroughs (on occasions)to suit the needs of the business.
