Job Title: Year 1 teacher - TeddingtonContract: Full Time / Long TermSalary: £160 - £260 DOEAbout the school:anzuk is collaborating with a South West-based Primary school to find aYear 1 Teacher. Produce and implement customised lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and behavioural needs of each student in the Year 1 class
Conduct assessments, provide timely feedback, and track student progress
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Cultivate a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a sense of value, respect, and motivation for all students
Maintain transparent communication by regularly providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to education

The Ideal Year 1 Teacher:

Possess a valid teaching certification, such as QTS, to ensure the highest standards of teaching practice
Demonstrate a track record of successful experience working with primary-aged students with behavioural needs, showcasing your ability to meet the unique challenges of this group
Hold a recent and clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Embody patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
