Job Description

Role: Geography TeacherLocation: ManchesterQualiteach is currently looking for an experienced Geography teacher on a full-time basis for a mainstream secondary school based in Rochdale. The role is due to begin on 02/09/2024 and is offered on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year.The position will involve teaching Geography at both KS3 & KS4.Key Requirements:

Ability to teach Geography at both KS3 & KS4
Happy to teach some Humanities at KS3
A passion for the subject
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create exciting, engaging lesson plans
Ability to quickly build rapport
Flexible and adaptable approach
Hold a PGCE with QTS/QTLS
Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
