Ref: 1832Job: Sales and Customer Service Advisor Location: Rochdale Hourly Pay: £11.44 Length of Assignment: Temp to Perm (week to week - successful, reliable candidates go permanent in this role)Main Responsibilities: Our client a well-established organisation is looking for Sales and Customer Care candidates to call patients in order to book appointments and offer additional options with regards treatment. You will help deliver an excellent level of customer care, builda knowledge of the services offered and relay this knowledge to the patients. You will be working in a busy environment and working over the phone and via email so your communication skills will be at a very high level. You will need to be empathetic and happyto support customers and book them appointments. It is important you are reliable, positive in the workplace and happy to help.If you go permanent, the client offers exceptional benefits.Working Hours: Shift Work: (7.5 hours on Monday - Friday), you will work between the hours of 08.00 - 20.00You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday & Sunday 08.00 - 13.00 with time in lieu or overtime)Key Skills:

Excellent telephone manner
Good customer service skills

Experience:

Previous telephone-based customer service experience ideal
Previous Sales experience advantageous
