Job Description

Have you gained experience in either a classroom or childcare environmentAre you proficient at engaging with children and youths with a wide range of talents and diverse backgroundsHave you previously worked in educational institutions, providing support to children in attaining their objectivesIf yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants who are willing to work with SEN Children in mainstream primary schools in the Middleton and surrounding area. You will be supporting young pupils in a full-time position (8.30 AM -3.30 PM - Monday to Friday).The school places a strong emphasis on personalised inclusion, offering a creative and aspirational learning journey tailored to each childs needs, promoting independence and character growth. The supportive school community ensures childrens safety, happiness,and steady advancement towards their individual goals.Roles & Responsibilities:Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding.Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualised education plans (IEPs).Assist with classroom management to create an inclusive learning environment. Support children in developing daily living skills for increased independence.
