  • Providing support to KS1/ KS2 children on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Ensuring the safeguarding of the young person under your care
  • Collaborating with the school team to create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment for students
Where: RochdaleWhen: September 2024Pay: £84 - £90 per day, dependant on experienceAbout You:Applicants must demonstrate exceptional proficiency and competence as a Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and maintaining a positive learning environment * Providing individual support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring comprehension of the curriculum * Aiding in teaching material preparation,including equipment setup and resource organisation * Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect * Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent references validating previous experience in KS1/KS2
  • A CV detailing the last 10 years of employment history with explanations for any gaps
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
