Our Kent-based client is seeking a Financial Administrator with aspirations to progress their career in financial wealth services. This well-established firm has been providing straightforward independent financial advice in the Kent area for many years,earning a solid reputation with clients and local professional services firms, resulting in a steady stream of new business enquiries.The firm offers a holistic, non-jargon-based approach to financial advice, understanding clients on both professional and personal levels. As a privately owned firm of independent Financial Advisers, they focus on investments, retirement planning, protection,intergenerational guidance, and IHT. Due to organic growth, they are now seeking a Financial Administrator interested in advancing to an advisory role.As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting qualified advisers and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing client meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation.You will assemble suitability report packs, ensuring all regulatory and internal firm requirements are met. Prompt and compliant submission of new business applications will be a key part of your role, along with overseeing pipeline business to ensure smoothand efficient processing. Maintaining accurate records on the firm’s back-office system will be essential, as well as screening and managing the adviser’s email, post, and calls to handle enquiries efficiently. Additionally, you will conduct product and solutionresearch, write and review reports, design report templates, and assist with compliance and money laundering functions.
