Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team! Key Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator
  • Oversee the sales process for residential properties from initial inquiry to completion.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide prospective buyers with detailed information about available properties.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful sales.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates and feedback on the sales process.
  • Prepare and present property listings, including writing descriptions and taking photographs.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, potential buyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on property market trends, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Experience and Skills Required
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar sales role within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
