Job Description

Looking for a new challenge supporting children with SEN starting September 2024Romford primary school looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a year 3 child in the classroom on a 1-1 basis, ideally the right candidate will need to be proactive and a strong team player.Monday to Friday - Term time only SEN Teaching Assistant :

Experience and knowledge of working with SEN children.
A positive attitude, the ability to emphasise and a willingness to develop and learn in the role.
To be calm, patient and have a caring approach to working 1-1 with children that have SEN.
Building the social/ emotional skills of the child whilst promoting trust and confidence.
To have good communication and organisational skills, patient with a positive attitude.
To be professional at all times keeping to school policies and procedures
