Experience a friendly, modern working environment with real opportunities for career progression.Pay Rate and Working Hours:Starting Rate: National Living Wage, increasing after training and probationTraining Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week)Post-Training Hours: Alternating double day shift pattern (35.5 hours/week)Shift 1: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2pm, Friday, 6am to 12 noonShift 2: Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 10pm, Friday, 12pm to 6pmKey Responsibilities:

Product assembly
Use of hand power tools
Product packing
Meeting tight deadlines
Team collaboration
Quality checking
Machine operation

Candidate Requirements:

Good manual handling skills and physical fitness
Excellent communication skills
Previous production and packing experience
Experience with hand tools
Positive, can-do attitude
Attention to detail
