Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with an engineering business in Rotherham who are recruiting a Quality Inspector. A small, precision manufacturer supplying to a variety of industries, this role will be to inspect, record & report in accordancewith work instructions ensuring the highest level of quality across all their products. This role will be days only with an early finish on a Friday. Duties & Responsibilities include:

Using a variety of inspection equipment (Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers etc).
Operation of Faro Portable Measuring Arm.
Inspection and recording of all relevant dimensions.
Carry out calibration of equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
First Off Inspection.
Contribute ideas to continuous improvement programs.
Support the investigation of NCRs, corrective & Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Customer Complaints

Im keen to speak to Quality Inspectors with the following skillset:

Experience in precision environment
Knowledge of CMM/Faro Arm
Strong communication skills
Experience in a similar role
