Housing Tenancy OfficerRugby08:00 - 17:00 Mon - FriHybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)£15.70 - £17.59 p/hour (DOE)Full Time - 6 Month Fixed-Term ContractWe are looking for a new Housing Tenancy Officer to start a full-time, fixed-term contract with the local authority in the Rugby area.This is a hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day at home) and the role lasts for 6 months.You will be dealing with housing issues that tenants might have. This includes issues with rents, dealing with complaints about anti-social behaviour, performing visits to properties, dealing with any housing exchanges between tenants or updating records.Its a nice role for someone who wants to be kept busy, likes to spin different plates, and is a person who can take charge of a situation.Due to the nature of the role, you need to drive and have access to a car.What skills/experience is needed:To be considered, you need to be someone who has a strong admin background along with someone who can take charge of a situation. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who has some experience working with tenants and a person who hassome form of compliance background.This role offers you:
