They are a European Technology/Industrial based Company.They are taking a flexible approach to this appointment with the successful candidate initially taking up a Senior Sales Director role for an initial period to learn the business and transition to Managing Director.The post holder will have a proven/demonstrable track record of consistently overachieving gaining recognition/promotion for results and strategies accomplished and implemented.*More detailed information is available upon application.Duties:· Overseeing/Managing a National Sales Team· Selling through distribution channels· Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans· Establishing business goals and strategies· Responsible for budgets/finance/strategic growth· Comprehensive Business Plans/Reports· Good understanding of branding, product, and market position· Ability to create a long-term vision for the company, working closely with Board Members and Founders of the company· Direct contact with all staff· Element of UK and European travel to client/distributor sitesSkills required:Degree educated or abovePrevious experience selling through a distribution network is essentialExperience gained at Senior Director level.Ability to demonstrate a history of success/promotion through current and previous positions - track record of outstanding achievementExperience of establishing business goals & strategies.Confident/charismatic/forward thinking/progressive/commercially awareExcellent leadership & communication skillsA true positive influencerThis role would suit a candidate seeking longevity, growth and personal development
