Job Description

Managing Director - Real Estate Sales (London)A leading placement agent is seeking an accomplished and driven Managing Director to head its Real Estate Sales division in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing and maintaining client relationships, anddriving the growth of the firms real estate business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting strategic direction and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the firms real estate client base and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders.Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.Qualifications:Extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably within a placement agent or investment firm.Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate market and investment landscape.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
