Job Description

I am pleased to be working alongside a well-established, market leading Transport and Logistics client who are currently seeking a hard-working and confident Administrator to join their team. They are based in Runcorn and are hiring on a full-time, permanentbasis. My client is happy to consider candidates with no prior experience and will offerin-depth training.Benefits:

Role Purpose:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to aide in the day-to-day running of the business. They will work to ensure that administrative and company policies are strictly adhered to at all times and exemplarycustomer service is offered at every juncture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Manage and organize office files and documents.
  • Inputting new orders onto the system.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Utilise computerised systems for organizing and prioritising tasks.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies.
Requirements:
  • A willingness to learn and good temperament are paramount for this role; whilst experience in a similar field would be beneficial my client is happy to provide in-depth training for the right person, regardless of previous experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
