The Shift Manager will be a driving force within the Engineering & Manufacturing department of a renowned FMCG company.   • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Implement operational strategies to meet production targets.
  • Manage and lead a team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other managers to optimise production processes.
  • Monitor and manage machinery maintenance schedules.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
ProfileA successful Shift Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in managing manufacturing operations and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Experience managing Quality.
