Job Description

Customer Success ManagerExcellent opportunity! Great £30k salary (includes £5k bonus), great working environment, free parking and other incentives await the right candidate!Summary of the roleYou will have worked in Account Management or sales previously as you will be responsible for own area of clients within specialist sector, building on and maintaining good customer relationships.Key Responsibilities

  • Researching, sourcing and securing suppliers by online email and phone activities
  • Negotiating contracts and prices with existing and new suppliers across the UK.
  • Ensuring that target margins are secured and maintained to maximise the profitability of the business.
  • Ensuring an accurate and comprehensive handover of products and suppliers to the Supplier Team for completion of the contracting and approval process.
  • Being fully aware of our competitor’s business activities and providing an equivalent or better product line up.
  • Regular reporting on product development for third party partners
