The Interim Finance Manager role:This position will best suit someone who is looking for a 3-4 day working week within a collaborative and caring environment. You’ll mainly be focusing on management accounts, business accounts, and some elements of strategic financial advising.The ideal Interim Finance Manager:Essentials:
  • Hold a relevant finance qualification - AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • 3 years+ producing detailed Management Accounts.
  • Have a proven track record delivering solid results to tight deadlines.
  • Capability of learning new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience using Sage, Xero, or SAP
Desirables:
  • Ideally hold experience managing large accounts of £10M+ per annum.
  • Has worked within a growth business with aggressive expansion plans.
  • Experience in delivering finance strategies to stakeholders and board members.
