Job Description

People Partner This is a great opportunity to join a fabulous team and drive the people strategy in a fast paced, inclusive environment. The successful applicant will act as first point of contact for all generalist HR queries while influencing managers to adopt leadership and coaching styles in order to maximise the potential of people and provide a best-in-class colleague experience.This role will partner with managers and leaders in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, capability and development, as well as managing all areas of employee relations.Reporting to the Head of People, you would be contributing to the delivery of an exceptional colleague experience while championing ED&I and well being initiatives to promote an inclusive culture.The role is based in Sandy, Bedfordshire, 4 days a week onsite with the flexibility to work 1 day from home so you must have the ability to commute. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in ER cases
  • Develop and analyse data to identify potential cultural issues
  • Support with the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Running onsite inductions and conducting RTW checks
