In this role, you will manage the supply operations of multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities across EMEA countries. Workingclosely with the Demand Manager, you will lead the EMEA S&OP process. Experience in leading multi-site S&OP, inventory optimization, long-term planning improvements, and shortage management
Knowledge of operational capabilities, capacities, and constraints for informed discussions with operations teams about the demand plan
Responsibility for monitoring stock levels, stock status, KPI investigation, and MOQ processes
Proven track record of successfully creating and managing change
Ability to assimilate and process diverse, incomplete, or contradictory data and information with sound decision-making skills
Demonstrated leadership, commitment, and tenacity
A mindset focused on continuous improvement

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in the chemical industry
Professional Supply Chain Qualification
Familiarity with SAP
