Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented Finance Operations Manager to lead our Accounting & Finance team within the not-for-profit sector.Client DetailsOur client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Sevenoaks are currently seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This role is office based initially.DescriptionThe duties for the Finance Operations Manager include:

Managing and fairly allocating workload to a Finance team of 10
Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Reviewing, implementing and improving financial policies and procedures
Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level
Play a key role in providing quality provision to internal and external stakeholders
Leading in updating current Financial software and overseeing various business improvement projects such as going paperless

ProfileThe successful Finance Operations Manager should have:

A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE
Proven experience in Financial Operational Management and reporting
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
