Job Description

Job Title: Behaviour MentorLocation: Sheffield, S8Pay rate: £95 - £105 per dayStart date: SeptemberAre you passionate about guiding students towards success GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Sheffield, S8. This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in their behavioural and emotionaldevelopment.About GSL Education: GSL Education is committed to fostering supportive educational environments where every student can thrive.   • Provide mentoring and support to students, helping them manage and improve their behaviour.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment where students feel understood and valued.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Implement interventions and programmes to promote positive behaviour and academic achievement.
  • Track and report on student progress, ensuring continuous improvement and support.
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with students and supporting their behavioural and emotional development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
  • Previous experience in behaviour management or youth work is advantageous but not essential.
