Job Description

Location SheffieldSalary - Negotiable depending on experienceHours - Full-time (40 hours per week) Remote and Site based.About the role: In this newly created exciting Campaign Manager role, you will lead the campaign strategy on behalf of the client working within the utility industry , as well as getting involved in automating communications, brand development to build on future sales growth.My client are a fast growing BPO outsourcer, with a fantastic working environment; you will be joining a collaborative team where creativity and autonomy is embraced and encouraged.The Campaign Manager will:

  • Take ownership of internal & external communication programmes, with full responsibility for devising, project managing & analysing campaigns for increasing sales growth and the customer base
  • Your focus will be building contact lists, driving performance improvements through client data and building key relationships with all key stakeholders to maximise opportunities for the client
  • Working directly with the Operations Manager you will take responsibility for the design, content & performance of automated communication programmes
  • Report on the performance of all campaigns, with a focus on constant improvement, tailoring and ever increasing efficiency and sales
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Clients providing key KPI updates of the campaign performance
  • About You
  • You will have passion for all things sales and data and will ideally have knowledge of; multiple CMSs, email marketing and social media
  • You will also be comfortable using digital tools and dallier platforms to provide insights and performance improvement strategies to increase sales, cross sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to design & implement strong, integrated campaigns across range of services and presenting updates to the client
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small collaborative team - this role really does require a self-starter, who is able to contribute to the highly skilled sales team
