  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of early years students.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Support childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
  • Monitor and document childrens progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and help children develop essential social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for all students.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging learning activities.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
